So far in 2025, we’ve hosted four Fair Chance Career and Resource Fairs, with five more confirmed for the remainder of the year. These events bring together unique businesses, unions, service providers, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to connect with Adults in Custody (AICs) as they prepare for re-entry. The “outside organizations” figures below represent distinct participating groups and do not include the total number of individual outside guests who attended.
A collaborative effort made possible by the dedicated staff of Opportunity Oregon, Oregon Department of Corrections, Eastern Oregon Workforce Board, WorkSource Oregon and Oregon Corrections Enterprises.
This year’s completed events include:
Oregon State Penitentiary (September 26)
Powder River Correctional Institution (October 10)
Coffee Creek Correctional Facility – Medium (October 23)
Oregon State Correctional Institution (November 7)
Columbia River Correctional Institution (December 5)
