Funding Opportunities for Eastern Oregon

 Looking to kick-start your agricultural operation but need financial support? 


This one-time $15,000 grant is here to help you bring your vision to life.   

Eligibility includes agriculturalists with less than two years of operational experience or plans to begin within two years.   

Applications are open now until May 31.


2025 EEIP Small Grant for Businesses link to N E O E D D website

 NEOEDD’s EEIP provides a network of support for Union and Wallowa County businesses at all stages, from startup to growth, including existing businesses facing a significant challenge.  

OWEB is now accepting online applications for Natural and Working Lands Fund RESTORATION and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Grants.

 Stipends / mini-grants of between $100-$3000 for afterschool programs and extracurricular activities to help engage 3000+ Oregon students in STEM activities this winter and spring!

Eastern Oregon Border Economic Development Board Grant Programs.

 The Eastern Oregon Border area is defined as that part of Oregon that is within 20 miles of the Oregon border with the state of Idaho. 


Community Improvement Planning Grant

Local governments within the

Border Region may apply for up to

$100,000 for planning projects such

as master plans, transportation

plans, airport plans, and park plans.
