 NEOEDD’s EEIP provides a network of support for Union and Wallowa County businesses at all stages, from startup to growth, including existing businesses facing a significant challenge.  

OWEB is now accepting online applications for Natural and Working Lands Fund RESTORATION and TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE Grants.

 Stipends / mini-grants of between $100-$3000 for afterschool programs and extracurricular activities to help engage 3000+ Oregon students in STEM activities this winter and spring!  

  Current and Future Students are Encouraged to Apply for Scholarshipsand Grants at OregonStudentAid.gov 

The Foundation’s mission is to empower youth; promote mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy families; and to inspire the love of wilderness areas.

 The Eastern Oregon Border area is defined as that part of Oregon that is within 20 miles of the Oregon border with the state of Idaho.

$100,000 for planning projects such

as master plans, transportation

plans, airport plans, and park plans.
