At the Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (EOWB), our ultimate goal is clear: to make it possible for anyone seeking an internship to not only discover but immerse themselves in the diverse industries that thrive in Eastern Oregon. We are committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals to explore, learn, and contribute to the unique and vibrant tapestry of our local workforce.
We believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of progress. That's why we actively engage with and learn from existing internship programs across the Eastern Oregon region. By consulting with these valuable partners, we gain insights, knowledge, and best practices that inform our approach. Building upon this foundation of shared wisdom, we've established 'Eastern Oregon WORKS,' a dynamic initiative aimed at supporting and facilitating internships in a broader array of geographic areas within our region.
The Greater Oregon STEM (GO STEM) Hub is one of 13 STEM hubs in Oregon working to bring together the resources of education and industry in support of STEM learning environments and career opportunities.
All Eastern Oregon WORKS internships offer equal opportunity. All applicants will be considered for internships without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
