Shared Solutions Groups Priorities
The Early Care and Education (ECE) Partnership’s priorities include:
- Seeking funding for an industry Resource Navigator for ECE
- Developing/replicating internship opportunities
- Employer-Supported Childcare
Natural Resources Sector Partnership priorities include:
- Convening a youth engagement subgroup
- Developing a career pathway reference document for jobseekers
- More natural resource career workshops.

Regional Employer Resource Partnership: Union County
EOWB has been facilitating meetings led by a group focused on workforce development. The partnership identified two key priorities:
- Bringing targeted trainings to the region such as a Supervisor training from the BOLI: Bureau of Labor & Industries
- Creating a directory of employer-provided trainings - along with a staff training wish list.
From this group, we hosted two Bureau of Labor & Industry (BOLI) supervisor training sessions in May & June
