Eastern Oregon Workforce Board (EOWB) coordinates resources for job assistance, business owners, internships, training, education, grant funding, and more. The EOWB brings together business and community leaders to promote and expand workforce development activities to ensure the long-range economic vitality of the area. We at EOWB are here to assist in making eastern Oregon individuals, businesses, and communities prosperous.
We are a WorkSource Oregon partner and work with other partners, businesses, schools, and communities to identify their needs and goals; then collaborate resources and take action to meet those needs. We continuously seek out services, resources, and ways to build up eastern Oregon.

To coordinate resources to help eastern Oregon employers succeed, individuals advance, and communities flourish, through innovation and partnerships. We do this by serving as a convener in the eight-county eastern Oregon area.
Customer-Centric Goal: Coordinate a customer-centric workforce system that is easily accessible, highly effective, and simple to understand.
Qualified Workforce Goal: Guide and support efforts to prepare and deliver a workforce qualified to enter and advance in high-wage and high-demand jobs.
Business Solutions Goal: Work with businesses and community partners to identify and provide customized workforce solutions to help area businesses thrive.
Emerging Workforce Goal: Collaborate with businesses and support partners to provide young people with information, education and experiences that engage their interests, spur further career development, and connect them to employers.
