The Eastern Oregon WORKS Employer Support Program
We know that onboarding new employees or hosting interns takes time and resources. Through our Eastern Oregon WORKS Employer Support Program, we share that investment with you.
There are two options with this support program:
- New hire wage support: You can access financial assistance to help offset initial training costs, allowing you to focus on mentoring your new team member and accelerating their path to full productivity.
- Hosting interns and work experiences: If you're interested in supporting the next generation of your workforce, interns and work experiences are a key opportunity to supporting that. This program can be used to request support in paying for an internship.
