Malheur Works is not a traditional internship program:  

• One application connects you to multiple opportunities around Malheur County  
• Every week you'll learn professional development skills from community leaders and industry experts  
• Receive support and guidance from mentors and the Malheur Works Team  
• Network with peers who are also in the internship program  
• Connect with businesses around Malheur County through networking activities  
• After completing your internship, you’ll be considered a Malheur Works alumni with lasting connections
