The EOWB works closely with its local leadership team, Board members, and local businesses to drive informed decision-making regarding sector partnerships, WSO center operation, and strategic planning for workforce development.  The EOWB Board of Directors meets quarterly and meetings are open to the public.

The Local Leadership Team (LLT) meets regularly and includes the organizations that carry out core programs in Eastern Oregon WSO centers, including a representative from each of the required workforce partners.

The EOWB, as the One-Stop Operator, facilitates the LLT to align service provision between all required partners and eliminate the duplication of services. The One-Stop Operator also visits the seven area WSO centers regularly to assess the workforce system in each area. Assessments will include gathering information to report back status updates and staff input to the LLT to provide recommendations to the EOWB for implementation at each local center.
